- The plan is available to Domestic Customers.
- Customers participating in the Net Metering Scheme and in the Net Billing Scheme are excluded.
- The monthly instalment is calculated automatically based on the property’s consumption history, applicable charges and fuel prices.
- The minimum monthly instalment is €25.
- Participation in the plan lasts for 12 months (from the date the account joins the Plan) and is automatically renewed annually.
- The monthly instalment amount may be adjusted during the year to avoid a large debit or credit balance at the end of a every annual financial period.
- At the end of each accounting year, a final account settlement is carried out. Any final amount payable or refundable will be distributed over the following 12 instalments.
- The total annual billing of an account enrolled in the plan will not differ from the amount that would have been charged under normal billing.
- The total charge remains the same as under normal billing.
- The amount of the instalment is paid on the 7th day of each month. In case two instalments are not paid, the monthly instalment plan will be terminated and the amount due has to be settled immediately.
- Bills will continue to be sent for information purposes every two months.
- Customers who choose a payment method other than Direct Debit or payroll deduction will additionally receive a monthly “Instalment Payment Notice” that must be settled until the 7th of the month.

A necessary condition for joining the Monthly Instalment Plan is the settlement of the latest issued bill.
