Wholesale Tariff
The Wholesale Tariff (T-W) concerns electricity selling prices of EAC Generation to EAC Supply and to other Producers or Suppliers at the Basic Fuel Price (€600/Metric Ton).
The following tariffs are applicable from April 2026 as per CERA decisions 105/2026 and 117/2026.

Methodology of T-W Adjustment with the Weighted Average Fuel Price
The Wholesale Tariff (T-W) is adjusted based on the Weighted Average Fuel Price, which is announced by EAC every month, and the Fuel Adjustment Coefficient for Customers at the High Voltage, which is approved by CERA every 6 months adjusted with the loss adjustment factor at high voltage for each month. The Weighted Average Fuel Price of each month is presented at EAC’s website at the following address:
The approved Fuel Adjustment Coefficient at High voltage and the monthly loss adjustment factor at high voltage as set by CERA’s decision (No.106/2026) is shown at the table below. Specifically, the Adjusted T-W at a particular hour equals with the T-W at the Basic Fuel Price (i.e. with fuel cost 600€/MT) adjusted by the product of the difference between the Weighted Average Fuel Price and the Basic Fuel Price times the approved Fuel Adjustment Coefficient at High Voltage, which applies for that particular month divided by the loss adjustment factor at high voltage (i.e multiplied with the modified Fuel Adjustment Coefficient at High Voltage for Customers).
Example 1: Pricing for a Weekday of June at Peak Hours (e.g. at 18:00):
For Peak Hours of a Weekday of June 2026 (e.g. at 18:00) the approved Fuel Adjustment Coefficient at High Voltage adjusted with the loss adjustment factor at high voltage equals to 0,00025085/(1+0,0141 ) = 0,00024736 Μ.Tons/kWh.
If say, the Weighted Average Fuel Price for June 2026 equals to 950€/M.Ton and the Basic T-W equals to 18,03 €cent/kWh then:
Adjusted T-W = T-W at the Basic Fuel Price (see above table) + Monthly Adjustment
T-W at the Basic Fuel Price (see above table) = 18,03 €cent/kWh
Monthly Adjustment = (950-600) * 0,00024736 = 8,66 €cent/kWh
Adjusted T-W = 18,03 + 8,66 = 26,69 €cent/kWh
Example 2: Pricing for a Weekend of June 2026 at Off-Peak Hours (e.g. at 08:00):
For Off-Peak Hours of a Weekend of June 2026 (e.g. at 08:00) the approved Fuel Adjustment Coefficient at High Voltage adjusted with the loss adjustment factor at high voltage equals to 0,00025085 /(1+0,0141) = 0,00024736 Μ.Tons/kWh.
If say, the Weighted Average Fuel Price for June 2026 equals to 950€/M.Ton and the Basic T-W equals to 9,21 €cent/kWh then:
Adjusted T-W = T-W at the Basic Fuel Price (see above table) + Monthly Adjustment
T-W at the Basic Fuel Price (see above table) = 9,21 €cent/kWh
Monthly Adjustment = (950-600) * 0,00024736 = 8,66 €cent/kWh
Adjusted T-W = 9,21 + 8,66 = 17,87 €cent/kWh
