The Electricity Authority of Cyprus invites quotations for Consultancy Services for the Retrofit of Emission Abatement Technologies and for Natural Gas Infrastructure and Boilers Conversion Works at Vasilikos Power Station, subject to the attached Tender Document. For the submission of your quotation please follow the Instructions to Tenderers and submit your quotation to EAC at the address indicated in the Tender Document. It is clarified to all prospective Tenderers that it is their responsibility to be informed of any clarifications or amendments that may have been issued by EAC related to this Tender. For this reason it is advisable to visit regularly EAC’s website.

PRICE SCHEDULES AND FORMS
IN WORD & EXCEL FORMAT
The Authority, in an effort to assist all Tenderers in the preparation of their tender, has decided to make available all price schedules and forms contained in this Section, in MS-Word and Excel Format.
If during the evaluation, or at any time thereafter, any discrepancy between the official documents and your offer arises, then the official documents will prevail.
It is also stated that if such a discrepancy arises due to alteration of the electronic documents by the Tenderer then, according to its severity, the Authority reserves the right to reject the Tender.
