The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) informs the public that on Holy Thursday, 9 April 2026, Customer Service Centres will be open to the public from 07:45 am to 12:45 pm.
On Holy Friday, 10 April 2026, as well as Easter Monday and Tuesday, 13 & 14 April 2026, the Customer Service Centres will remain closed due to the public holidays.

Through banking institution websites
Additionally, applications for new customers, connections, disconnections, and transfers can be submitted via email.
