In the framework of the implementation of the Meter Data Management System (MDMS) and the obligations of the Distribution System Operator, as provided by the Law and Market Regulations, regarding information and the free access of Network Users to technical aspects of their meter and meter reading data, three new manuals have been created.

Access to the MDMS Portal (External Information System)
The manuals were presented on Thursday 16/12/2021 during an online meeting entitled “EAC roadmap to digitalization” held the Distribution System Operator (EAC) for Professional Associations and Suppliers participating in the Transitional Electricity Market. The manuals are already available on the EAC website in the Regulated Activities: Distribution section under Meter and Meter Reading Data.
The presentation also took place of the Web Portal meterreading-dso.eac.com.cy, which is now available to all Network Users and provides immediate, secure and transparent access to the technical information about their meter, readings that have been made and the amount of electricity consumed.
Finally, participants in the meeting were also introduced to the new app being prepared by the Distribution System Operator (EAC) for the online submission of applications for the supply of electricity.
