Register Meter Readings

Submit your meter reading here.

If, for any reason, the EAC was unable to record your meter reading and you found a notification card, you have two days to submit the reading. If the reading is not submitted, your bill will be issued based on estimated consumption.

To submit a meter reading, enter your personal details, the meter number, the meter reading, and your 10-digit premises number, as shown on your bill.

You can also add comments (e.g. “I will be away in December”) in the relevant field, and an EAC officer will contact you as soon as possible.

Click “Submit.”
