We would like to inform you that Electricity Authority Cyprus has reviewed its Data Protection Policy.
The changes concern the following:
Processing of identification documents during online applicant and customer service. Such documents are destroyed immediately after the identification of the natural person
Inclusion of the recent (4.3.2021) amendment of the Greek version of the General Data Protection Regulation on the definition “consent”, by which the word “express” is replaced by the word “unquestionable”
Information on the Data Protection Officers’ responsibilities.
