EAC – New version of the EAC Mobile App

EAC would like to remind users of the EAC Mobile App that as of 14 July 2025, the older version of the application will not be supported on Android & iOS mobile devices.

EAC customers who have the older version of the EAC Mobile App installed should take the following actions:

Android devices

1. Uninstall EAC Mobile App

2. Open Google Play Store

3. Search for EAC Mobile App

4. Install EAC Mobile App

iOS devices

 1. Open the App Store

 2. Search for the EAC Mobile App

3. Update the EAC Mobile App

It is reminded that customers who have installed the EAC Mobile App can:

• Be informed about their bills and view their consumption history

• Pay their bills electronically and/or request to receive their bill electronically

• Submit their meter reading (by taking a photo) in case it was not possible to do so by the EAC crew
• Register a request such as pruning, street lighting, and network problems. With the locator activated, it is automatically located.

• Be informed about scheduled power outages and any damage that may occur, divided by district and with the expected recovery time
• Calculate, through a smart computing process, the indicative consumption cost using one or more electrical appliances.
