EAC – ΕAC Customer Service Centres: Greater use of online and telephone service encouraged

As we all know, there has recently been a significant increase in the number of positive coronavirus cases in Cyprus and internationally. In order to help prevent the further spread of the pandemic, the Council of Ministers has decided on further measures, with which we are all being asked to comply. 

EAC wishes to address the public once again and urges consumers and customers to request assistance with any of its services either online or by telephone, as follows:  

–       For new customers, connections, disconnections and transfers:

​  By e-mail or fax.

–       EAC bills can be settled:

 Online, using a credit/debit card
 Online, on the EAC website www.eac.com.cy
 Online, using the free EAC Mobile App
 Online, on their bank’s online banking website
By telephone, with a call to a Customer Service Centre
