Consumers urged to ensure timely payment of electricity bills
Following its recent announcement, EAC wishes to remind the public that its Customer Service Centres (CSC) will reopen on Wednesday 6 May 2020.
Since the CSCs will be implementing all necessary health protection measures, EAC asks that consumers show understanding of the longer times that may be required to serve them, in particular when paying their electricity bills. In this unprecedented situation, we are making every effort to respond as quickly as possible to every need that may arise.
For their own safety and convenience, customers are encouraged to seek online or telephone assistance and to pay their bills in the same way. The
