Transfer of Electricity Supply
In cases of change of tenant or change of name, the new customer must transfer the electricity supply into his/her name by signing a new Electricity Supply Agreement with EAC Supply.
The new customer will open a new account in his/her name, and the existing customer’s Supply Agreement will automatically be terminated, and a final bill will be issued for the existing costumer.
A necessary condition for signing the new Electricity Supply Agreement, where there is already an active account, is the written consent of the existing customer confirming that they agree to terminate their Electricity Supply Agreement for the specific premise.
If communication with the existing customer is not possible, the new customer must sign a solemn declaration confirming that he/she is the new occupant of the premises.
