Termination of electricity supply agreement and disconnection of supply upon customer request
- ONLINE THROUGH THE EAC PORTAL
Create an account on the EAC Portal and after registering for EAC Supply Services, you may submit your request for a Termination of Agreement and Disconnection of Supply at your premise electronically.
- BY VISITING CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS
You may visit one of the EAC Customer Service Centers to request Termination of Agreement and Disconnection of Supply at your premise.
Visit at least one working day before the desired termination date of the Supply Agreement, presenting your identity card, passport, or another legally valid identification document.
If visiting a Customer Service Centre, the request must be made by a Company Director or an authorized person legally representing the company, presenting:
- Identity card or passport, and
- The company seal/stamp.
After the electricity supply is disconnected, a final bill covering consumption up to the disconnection date will be sent to the address you specify (postal or email address).
This final bill must be paid by the stated payment due date.
