{"id":28513,"date":"2021-12-27T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-27T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pilot.eac.com.cy\/neoisintelestesritras-2\/"},"modified":"2021-12-27T09:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-12-27T07:00:00","slug":"neoisintelestesritras-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pilot.eac.com.cy\/en\/neoisintelestesritras-2\/","title":{"rendered":"EAC &#8211; New Fuel Adjustment Coefficients for Tariffs and Renewable Energy Sources from January-June 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bThe Electricity Authority of Cyprus wishes to inform the public that the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA), by its Decision No. 365\/2021, has approved new Fuel Adjustment Coefficients for tariffs and for the purchase of electricity generated by Renewable Energy Sources (RES), as well as new basic prices for the purchase of electricity generated by RES.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that the Fuel Adjustment Coefficients, according to which EAC tariffs and the purchase price of electricity generated by RES increase or decrease, are in force in order to adjust each unit of electricity that is invoiced or purchased, for every 1 cent increase or decrease to the basic fuel price of \u20ac300 per metric tonne, the cost of which EAC will determine for the month\/two months based on the current market price of fuel.<\/p>\n<p>The new Fuel Adjustment Coefficients for tariffs and for the purchase of electricity generated by RES, and the basic prices for the purchase of electricity generated by RES, will be applied:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For consumers\/producers with monthly bills, on their electricity bills reflecting the meter reading of the end of January 2022 and\u00a0<br \/>\nFor consumers\/producers with bills every two months, on their electricity bills reflecting the meter reading of 1 February 2022 and afterwards.\u00a0<br \/>\nFor information about the new Fuel Adjustment Coefficients, and about the basic prices and the Fuel Adjustment Coefficients for the purchase of electricity generated by RES, please<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bThe Electricity Authority of Cyprus wishes to inform the public that the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA), by its Decision No. 365\/2021, has approved new Fuel Adjustment Coefficients for tariffs and for the purchase of electricity generated by Renewable Energy Sources (RES), as well as new basic prices for the purchase of electricity generated by [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"channel":[33],"class_list":["post-28513","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized","channel-public-relations"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
