may submit your request for a Reconnection electronically.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> BY VISITING CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may visit one of the EAC <a href=\"https:\/\/pilot.eac.com.cy\/en\/supply\/customer-service-centers-eac-supply-service\/\">Customer Service Centres<\/a> to sign an Electricity Supply Agreement with EAC Supply by presenting the<strong> required documents (link).<\/strong><\/p>\n"},{"accordion_title":"Required documents for individuals","accordion_content":"<p>The following documents are required for signing an document.<\/li>\n<li>Official authorization or power of attorney (certified by a certifying officer) if another person is representing you.<br \/>\n(The validity period of such powers of attorney is set at 5 years.)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of bill, or meter number linked to the premise.<\/li>\n<li>Any outstanding amount owed by the customer must be settled before reconnection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n"},{"accordion_title":"Required documents for legal entities","accordion_content":"<p>The following documents are required for signing an <strong>Electricity Supply Agreement (Reconnection)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title deed, tenancy, or sales agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of company registration.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of shareholders and directors of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Company seal\/stamp.<\/li>\n<li>The Electricity Supply Agreement must be signed by a Company Director or an authorized representative legally representing the company, presenting their ID card, passport, or another legally valid identification document. The authorization must be certified by a certifying officer.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, the EAC Guarantee Document must be signed by a Director\/Shareholder of the company or by an authorized representative legally representing the Director\/Shareholder. In exceptional cases, it may also be signed by a natural person who is not legally connected to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of bill, or meter number linked to the premise.<\/li>\n<li>Any outstanding amount owed by the customer must be settled before reconnection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Powers of attorney submitted to EAC and Guarantee Documents signed outside EAC offices must be certified by a certifying officer.
