duration","accordion_content":"<ul>\n<li>The monthly instalment is calculated automatically based on the property\u2019s consumption history, applicable charges and fuel prices.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum monthly instalment is <strong>\u20ac25.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Participation in the plan lasts for 12 months (from the date the account joins the Plan) and is automatically renewed annually.<\/li>\n<li>The monthly instalment amount may be adjusted during the year to avoid a large debit or credit balance at the end of a every annual financial period.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of each accounting year, a final account settlement is carried out. Any final amount payable or refundable will be distributed over the following 12 instalments.<\/li>\n<li>The total annual billing of an account enrolled in the plan will not differ from the amount that would have been charged under normal billing.<\/li>\n<li>The total charge remains the same as under normal billing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The amount of the instalment is paid on the 7th day of each month.
