class=\"eac-rteElement-H6\">Area Office Supply Activities<\/h6>\n<p class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">The daily activities of the Supply Unit are mainly carried out from the EAC&#8217;s Area Offices, with its Head Offices providing valuable and substantial support services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">For the best possible customer service, the Supply Unit operates 10 Customer Service Centres across Cyprus, which provide, among others, the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">Payment of electricity bills, Supply Terms &amp; Conditions, credit notes, returned cheques, and reconnection charges following disconnection due to non-payment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">Customers can visit any Customer Service Centre or send a letter requesting changes to their electricity bill data, e.g. a wrong postal address, a change of telephone number, wrong address for electricity supply, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">Reviews of electricity bills in cases where:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">The meter reading was wrong.<\/li>\n<li class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">\u200bThe meter is in a closed room and the electricity bill was based on an estimate. Meter reading was subsequently carried out by arrangement with the customer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">\u200b\u200bElectricity theft is reported\u00a0 \u200b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6 class=\"eac-rteElement-H6\">Supply Unit at the Head Offices<\/h6>\n<p class=\"eac-rteElement-P\">EAC Head Office Departments determine the policy of the Supply Unit concerning Customer Service, Contact Centre operations, Marketing, Sales, Tariffs, the purcha\u200bse of Energy from RES producers and the operation of the Electricity Market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eac-rteElement-P\"><span>E<\/span><span>AC tariffs, according to the current legal framework, are set by the Cyprus Electricity Regulatory Authority (CERA), based on the relevant methodology, the key principle of which is cost
